Refund policy

 

Returns and Refunds

At FarewellMNG Brand Company, we want you to be happy with your purchase. As each item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for a change of mind. However, we gladly offer returns for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival, if you receive the wrong shirt, or if the size is incorrect.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within five (5) days of receiving your order. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us if there is an issue. To process your return, we require the following:

  • Notification within 5 days of delivery: Please email us at farewellmrniceguy@gmail.com within five days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue.
  • Photo Evidence: Please include a clear photograph in your email that clearly shows the:
    • Damage or fault of the item.
    • Incorrect shirt received (if applicable).
    • Incorrect size received (clearly showing the size tag).
  • Original Condition: The item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, please contact us at farewellmrniceguy@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return, along with the required photo evidence.

Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide you with the return address.

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.   

 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving confirmation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item or incorrect size, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.   

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:   

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.   

 

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get the correct item is to return the item you have (following the return process outlined above), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.   

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In these cases, the customer is also responsible for return shipping costs.   

 

Refunds:

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
